Before making a purchase in our on line store you must read and understand the terms and conditions set out here and agree to be bound by those conditions.

Terms and conditions

You are at least 18 years of age and can legally enter into a binding contract.

When ordering an item, your confirmation email sent by BYYB Expostore will confirm you have requested to buy the item or items. This does not mean that the order is accepted. Orders are only accepted when you receive

a confirmation email from BYYB Expostore or entire payment made and BYYB Expostore received the payment that your order and all of the products contained within it has been dispatched or is ready for dispatch.

This email will be sent once BYYB Expostore have confirmed your details and that BYYB Expostore have the items in stock.  BYYB Expostore will endeavor to ensure that the details on BYYB Expostore website are accurate and up to date but mistakes are sometimes unavoidable.

In the event of any stock not being available you will be informed and asked if you would like to wait

for the item to become available or get a full refund.

All refunds will made at the earliest time possible and at present can only be handled through on-line payment.

BYYB Expostore reserve the right to reject an order at BYYB Expostore discretion.

BYYB Expostore cannot held responsible for delays or in postage or any losses as a result of these delays. No compensation will be paid for late deliveries.

Once the payment or the products in it have been shipped or are ready to be shipped, the payment

will not be refunded.

Any damages to items or soiled textiles with pet hair, dirt fibers or creased & screwed up returned by customers will be the sole responsibility of the buyer and the buyer may be charged for those damages ie for cleaning ironing or repair accordingly.

Refunds may be rejected if BYYB Expostore see clear signs of use. In this case the buyer must pay shipping costs if the item has to returned to them.

Though very unusual, refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

Any refunds given will be minus our delivery costs which will be deducted from the refund amount. Information on this amount can be requested before the sale.

You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order of any damages or defects to products. After this time your refund may be rejected at BYYB Expostore discretion.

Though BYYB Expostore endeavour to ensure images are accurate there may be slight variations in colour and style. You agree that products may differ slightly from the pictures shown on BYYB Expostore website and that all sizes are taken as approximate.

Where an accurate size measurement is needed you must contact BYYB Expostore for confirmation.

BYYB Expostore cannot be held responsible for size inaccuracies unless we have confirmed the size in writing.

BYYB Expostore reserve the right to amend prices as we see fit.

Confirmed Orders already placed will not be changed.

Payments can be made by on-line payment

Goods will only be sent once payment have made and we have the payment.

You agree that Communications between you (the buyer) and BYYB Expostore (the seller) shall be mainly by email and that this complies with any legal requirements.

You may not transfer any contract between you (the buyer) and BYYB Expostore(the seller) to a third party.

BYYB Expostore will not be liable for and failings or delays that are outside of BYYB Expostore reasonable control and no compensation will be offered.

You agree that any but not limited to, media, copyright, trademarks or images contained within BYYB Expostore online store or any of its subdomains are always vested in BYYB Expostore or BYYB Expostore licencors

You may not use any of the material found on this website without prior permission from BYYB Expostore.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as BYYB Expostore see fit. You will be subject to the terms and conditions that are in place at the time of sale or contract.

All contracts relating to BYYB Expostore contract with you are governed by Hong Kong law.

Shipping & Delivery

Provided the item you have ordered is in stock, BYYB Expostore endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order and payment being cleared.

Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays).

The prices mentioned on BYYB Expostore website for each product is excluding shipping cost, tax and customs tax.

Please email at expo@byyb.com.hk if you are an international customer and would like your order posted outside Hong Kong so we can advise accurate postage rates. In your email, please be sure to specify the products and quantities you are interested in purchasing so BYYB can provide an accurate quote.

BYYB Expostore are not able to accept responsibility for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. BYYB Expostore are also not able to accept responsibility for an order that is not delivered because you have provided BYYB Expostore with an incomplete or incorrect delivery address. BYYB Expostore are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Please note there will be an additional delivery charge for any orders that are returned to BYYB Expostore and need to be resent because the delivery address was incorrect. Please also ensure that any orders being sent to a business address include the business name and appropriate delivery instructions.

BYYB Expostore are not able to cancel or offer a refund on your order if there is any Post-delivery delay.

BYYB Expostore will always do our best to assist if your order is delayed or goes missing. Please contact expo@byyb.com.hk if you have any concerns and we can provide you with the Post tracking number for your order, or track on your behalf.

BYYB Expostore recommend specifying an address where there is someone available to accept delivery of your parcel i.e. a business or work address. If you use a business or work address, please be sure to include the company name when entering your address details.
